Iesis Urban was delighted to partner with Novia Global, a leading platform service provider catering to Advisers, Private Banks, Trust Companies, and their clients. As part of Novia Global’s growth and expansion strategy, they required a contemporary and sophisticated new office space in the heart of Bath.
Our team at Iesis Urban took on the challenge to transform their workplace with a comprehensive office refurbishment. The project included the installation of new partitions, both glazed and solid, to create a versatile layout that fostered collaboration and innovation. State-of-the-art flooring was fitted to elevate the aesthetic appeal and practicality of the space.
Lighting played a key role in the revitalisation process, with the inclusion of 600 x 600 LED lights, ensuring optimal working conditions while promoting energy efficiency. To accommodate the growing team and their technological needs, floor boxes were strategically placed throughout the office.
The refurbishment also encompassed the provision of new desks and chairs, ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic working environment for Novia Global’s dedicated staff. Finally, our team applied tasteful decorations to seamlessly blend the modern office design with the historic charm of Bath.
