An Extensive Office Refurbishment Emphasising Sustainability and Aesthetics
Following a rigorous and competitive tendering process, we were entrusted with the comprehensive refurbishment of 25 King St in Bristol. This wide-ranging endeavour involved renovations of the ground floor, the first and second floors, as well as the toilet facilities throughout all six floors.
We conceptualised and brought to life a welcoming and engaging reception area, featuring a standout seating space. Making full use of the copious natural light pouring in from the entrance, we curated a bright, attractive, and functional setting that marries aesthetic appeal with practical utility.
Our focus on detail and quality was further displayed in the installation of custom joinery ceiling rafts, accentuated with bespoke LED trough lighting. We incorporated the sustainable and environmentally-friendly Corian finish to the postbox cupboards, harmoniously integrating planters and bench seating for added functionality and charm.
The refurbishment work necessitated the removal of outdated elements, such as old partitions, kitchens, flooring, and ceiling lights. In their place, we introduced new LED lighting, tasteful floor coverings, elegant decoration, and an up-to-date DB board on the ground, first, and second floors. As part of the complete overhaul, we also replaced all the interior doors, thereby heightening the sense of modern elegance.
In addition to these improvements, a thorough refurbishment of the lavatories across all floors was conducted. This involved renewing the IPS doors and dividing panels, which were expertly wrapped in vinyl, enhancing both durability and style.
This project represents an ambitious and successful transformation, seamlessly blending sophisticated design elements with practical modern facilities, resulting in a refurbished space that is truly extraordinary.
