About the Role
We are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our Bristol team in a new role that blends marketing and business development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in the construction, property, and design industries. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a passionate, close-knit team — supporting project showcases, client engagement, and the continued growth of the Iesis Urban brand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative
- Support the creation of engaging marketing content, including project photography, case studies, and social media updates.
- Visit live and completed sites to capture content ideas and assist with creative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our in-house design and creative teams on promotional materials such as brochures, digital posts, and event content.
- Contribute to website updates, newsletters, and award submissions.
Business Development
- Assist with preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and capability statements.
- Support the use and management of the CRM system to track leads, clients, and projects.
- Research potential clients and opportunities within the commercial, residential, and co-living sectors.
- Help coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and networking events.
- Analyse data from campaigns and CRM activity to help refine our business development strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in marketing, branding, and design, ideally within the built environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn — comfortable taking initiative on creative ideas.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management.
- Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with social media or CRM systems (advantageous, training provided).
- A full UK driving licence (desirable, as site visits across the region may be required).
