High-Quality Office Fit-Out
CampbellReith is an independent multidisciplinary engineering practice, providing structural, civil, geotechnical, environmental, and transportation services across a number of sectors, from five UK offices and overseas.
Iesis Urban undertook the exciting project of transforming the CampbellReith office in Bristol. An integral part of our approach was to engage with the staff from the very beginning, ensuring the final product would meet their needs and surpass their expectations. We meticulously designed space plans and developed 3D renders for photorealistic visualisations.
The resulting office space is nothing short of stunning. The layout incorporates both glazed and solid partitions, and an innovative inset TV set within a false wall featuring a writeable glass front. The newly installed kitchen boasts sleek cabinets, a glass splashback, and modern appliances including a ZIP tap for instant boiling or chilled filtered water, and an integrated dishwasher and fridge.
We also implemented wall-mounted air conditioning units, and undertook a thorough reconfiguration of the existing M&E, in addition to installing new CAT 6 data cabling. The communication rooms were equipped with floor boxes and lighting for convenience.
Adding to the aesthetics and functionality of the space are roller blinds and a feature carpet specifically chosen for the meeting room. The furniture selection includes bench desking with electric height-adjustable desks, double and single private meeting booths, and high and low meeting tables to cater to different meeting needs.
The office space is further distinguished by its acoustic rafts and a specially designed wall featuring an inset CampbellReith logo. This key element not only improves the space acoustics but also instills a strong sense of identity and pride in the workspace.
