With more than 30 years of experience in the design, refurbishment, and construction of commercial buildings, I possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in creating innovative and functional spaces that cater to the diverse needs of businesses.

Rugby has played a significant role in my life, fostering teamwork and resilience. However, sailing holds a special place in my heart as my true passion. As a qualified skipper for many years, I have found immense joy and satisfaction in navigating the open seas and mastering the art of sailing.

Staying motivated and inspired during challenging or complex projects can be quite demanding. To maintain momentum, I concentrate on the key objectives and ensure that our clients’ expectations are effectively managed. By breaking down tasks into manageable milestones and celebrating small achievements, I maintain a sense of progress and accomplishment, which serves as an ongoing source of motivation for both myself and my team.

A fun fact about me that might come as a surprise to many is my ability to ride horses.
